Terms of Service - Bring AI (BringBR)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bring AI platform ("Platform" or "Service"), operated by Erde Enterprise, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Bring AI is a B2B platform that enables businesses to configure artificial intelligence agents to automate and manage customer communications via WhatsApp Business, using official integrations provided by Meta.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for businesses, professionals, and legal representatives who are at least 18 years old and authorized to operate WhatsApp Business accounts.

4. User Responsibilities

The user is fully responsible for:

  • ensuring they are authorized to use the connected WhatsApp phone number;
  • complying with all Meta and WhatsApp Business policies;
  • ensuring that all messages sent comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • not using the Platform for spam, fraud, harassment, or any illegal activities.

5. Use of WhatsApp and Meta Services

Bring AI uses official Meta APIs. The operation of the Service depends on:

  • approval of message templates by Meta;
  • availability and stability of WhatsApp Business APIs;
  • compliance with WhatsApp messaging rules, including the 24-hour customer care window.

Bring AI does not guarantee message delivery or template approval, as these processes are fully controlled by Meta.

6. Content and Messages

All content sent through the Platform (including messages, media, text, and catalogs) is the sole responsibility of the user. Bring AI does not pre-review or moderate message content.

7. Suspension and Termination

Bring AI may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms of Service;
  • violate Meta or WhatsApp policies;
  • pose risks to the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Platform or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Bring AI is not responsible for:

  • downtime or unavailability of Meta APIs;
  • failed or delayed message delivery;
  • decisions made based on automated AI-generated responses.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, branding, and interfaces, belong to Erde Enterprise. Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights by using the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available via a public URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
