1. Who we are
Bring AI ("Application" or "Platform") is operated by Erde Enterprise ("Erde", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and process personal data and Platform Data obtained through Meta for Developers APIs and features, including integrations with WhatsApp Business ("Meta", "WhatsApp Business API").
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the use of our interfaces (Admin Platform and End-User Platform) and to integrations with Meta products when a user connects their WhatsApp Business account to our Platform.
3. Data we collect and process
3.1. Data provided by the Platform user (business user)
- Name, email address, and account registration details.
- AI agent configuration data (instructions and preferences).
- Product and catalog data registered by the user (for example, real estate listings, descriptions, and images).
3.2. Data received from Meta ("Platform Data")
When a WhatsApp Business account is connected and the required permissions are granted, we may process data received via Meta APIs, including, where applicable:
- WhatsApp Business account identifiers and profile information (such as WABA ID, phone number ID, and business profile details).
- Message content and message metadata exchanged via the WhatsApp Business API (for example, timestamps, delivery status, message type, and associated media).
- Media files (images, documents, etc.) sent or received through WhatsApp Business, when applicable.
- Message template information, including approval status (pending, approved, rejected) and related events.
- Events sent by Meta via webhooks (for example, template status updates, message delivery events, and other technical notifications).
- Access tokens, API keys, and technical credentials required to operate the integration (treated as sensitive data and protected accordingly).
Important note: We do not request or store Meta user passwords. Access to Meta APIs is performed exclusively through authorized tokens and credentials generated according to Meta-supported flows.
4. How we use the data (purposes)
We process data in order to:
- Enable businesses to communicate with customers via WhatsApp using automated and/or human-assisted messaging through the official WhatsApp Business API.
- Send and receive messages and media in the context of customer support and relationship management.
- Manage WhatsApp Business assets connected to the Platform, including product catalogs and message templates, as well as the submission and tracking of template approval status.
- Display configuration details and status information to users within the customer portal (for example, pending/approved templates and webhook events).
- Ensure compliance with WhatsApp policies, including customer service windows and template usage rules.
- Improve service quality, reliability, and security, including technical monitoring and logging. When analytics are used, data is aggregated and minimized whenever possible.
5. Legal basis and consent
Where applicable, we process data based on:
- Performance of a contract and delivery of the service to the business user.
- User consent and authorization when connecting Meta/WhatsApp assets and granting permissions, as required by Meta flows and policies.
- Legitimate interests related to platform security, abuse prevention, and service maintenance, while respecting user rights and expectations.
6. Usage rules and restrictions (Meta compliance)
- We do not sell, license, or commercialize Platform Data.
- We do not use Platform Data for surveillance, discrimination, or eligibility determinations (such as credit, housing, or employment decisions).
- We do not attempt to re-identify anonymized data or reverse engineer Meta-provided data.
- We process Platform Data solely for the purposes described in this Policy and to provide the Application's functionality.
7. Data sharing
We do not publicly share Platform Data. Data may be shared only:
- With infrastructure and hosting service providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform (for example, cloud hosting and databases), with access limited to the minimum required and protected by security measures.
- When required by law, court order, or competent authority, with appropriate record-keeping where applicable.
- Upon explicit request by the user, where applicable.
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain data only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the service;
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
- Maintain technical security and audit logs.
Data is deleted or anonymized when:
- It is no longer necessary for the purposes described;
- The user requests deletion;
- The user account is terminated, except where retention is legally required.
9. How to request data deletion
Users may request deletion of data related to their account and any Platform Data processed by Bring AI by contacting:

- Company name and account email;
- WhatsApp number connected (if applicable);
- A clear description of the data to be deleted.
We will respond and process requests within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable laws and Meta policies.
10. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Tokens, API keys, and credentials are stored and handled using enhanced security controls.
11. Cookies and analytics (if applicable)
We may use cookies strictly necessary for functionality and analytics cookies to improve user experience. Where applicable, users may manage cookies through their browser settings.
